At Lubr, we adjust delivery times for Public Holidays to prioritise our team's well-being, allowing them to spend time with loved ones and their community. This reflects our commitment to balance work and home life and bring joy into everything we do. 

Please note:

• No deliveries after 9:00 PM on Saturday, 25th January until 10:00 AM on Tuesday, 28th January 2025. Last delivery request by 8:59 PM on Saturday 25th

• Purchases made after 9:00 PM on Saturday will be delivered after 10:00 AM on Tuesday 28th

• Postal orders dispatched as normal. Please allow for Postal services.

 

Please consider this before ordering, as we have a no-refund policy on orders dispatched personal lubricants.

Our customer service team is available to assist with any FAQ's or questions, but please note our support office will be closed during the Public Holiday.
