HOW DOES IT WORK

Our delivery system estimates how long orders are taking and calculate your order will take. Once processed, you’ll receive:

An SMS with your order details and Estimated  time of Arrival

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID number

​

When the driver is 1km away, you’ll get a automated notification with a QR code for the team member to scan upon arrival

​

After scanning, a delivery confirmation will be sent and emailed.

DELAYED DELIVERY INFORMATION

Rain, wind, storms will automatically delay delivery times as traffic conditions slow right down. The change of conditions is out of our control and the system will prompt or notify you about these delays.

Peak hour traffic, major and sporting events, road works will automatically add time to delivery. Please allow for extra 90mins. Updates will be sent via sms.

The yellow dot on the time tracker means that deliveries are temporarily on hold due to a PUBLIC HOLIDAY or factors beyond our control, like severe weather warnings. We will notify you when the system is back online and provide information about the next available delivery run, by the terms and conditions of our Lubr service.

If your parcel is on hold, you have the option to request a cancellation and refund since the parcel has not been dispatched. To cancel, click the "CANCEL HERE" button and enter you Order Number  #10600 in reference.
