ARE ALL COVID-VACINATED
LUBR COVID RESTRICTIONS
LUBR drivers have been issued with Victoria Working Permit, to allow for work and delivery outside of Victoria's curfew hours. Drivers have this permit on them 24/7 for access to zones and for validation by authorities. Drivers are clear of Covid and work to LUBR official OH&S standards. Drivers are issued with face masks and hand sanitizer for personal use. Drivers a temperature checked prior to shift departure and if feel unwell will finish work immediately and report for testing.
LUBR COMMUNICATIONS
LUBR drivers are issued with state of the art, secure radio network which automatically locates drivers using live GPS tracking, journey log and stamps time and location with every driver movements. Drivers have a secure line to LUBR base as well as direct panic feature to emergency services.
LUBR LOCATIONS
LUBR drivers are issued with the customer details link on order, with a direction to the delivery address. Please notify on order if there are any dogs or access issues to the property. Lubr Drivers have the right if feeling unsafe to abort the delivery and return items to base. A full refund will be issue and returned to the card payment was made with if this occurs.
LUBR SECURITY AND SAFETY
ALL LUBR REPRESENTATIVES are issued with 1/ Employee or contractor ID with full name and ID number 2/ Numbered Uniform identification 3/ high reflective vest for work between 6pm and 8am 3/ LED torch, 4/ Panic button to 000, 5/ GPS tracker, 6/ Victoria government Workers Permit 7/ Secure Radio back to Base 8/ Locator and recording devices. 9/ first aid kit 10/ Customer details are discrete and private and staff are not authorized to share any details.
LUBR drivers do not carry any form of cash. Only accept a delivery from a LUBR official staff.
Orders are dispatched and issued to staff ID numbers for tracking and logistic purposes.

LUBR HOME SECURE
LUBR offers a extra level of security. If you feel unsure or don't feel safe allowing people into common areas of buildings, you can ask the delivery driver to quote the employee tracking number ID followed by a computer generated random 2 letters at end of ID. Example 123456AZ​. This number will be issued on confirmation of shipping and delivery notification. This ensures that your delivery is from a official LUBR representative. If your driver cant give you this details after requested by you, please DONT let them in. They may be posing as a unauthorized LUBR representative. Lubr recommends calling your local Police dial 000
