Refund Payments / Credits
Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed promptly. Please note that the refunded amount is subject to third-party bank processing times, which may take between 2 to 5 business days to appear in your account. This delay is due to your bank’s processing and is not within Lubr Store’s control.
Lubr Store will provide a refund link when a refund is due, minus a $15.00 restocking and administration fee. This fee applies to returned products and missed deliveries only and does not apply to the Concierge VIP Parcel Delivery Service.
