Refund Payments / Credits

Once a refund is approved, it is processed promptly. Refunds typically take 2–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times. This timeframe is outside of Lubr Store’s control.

A secure refund link will be issued when a refund is due. A $15.00 restocking and administration fee applies to returned products and missed deliveries. This fee does not apply to the Concierge VIP Parcel Delivery Service.
