The Opportunity

LUBR Store Australia, currently has a vacancy for a Sales rep , Australia, reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager. This is a key position within the business and requires a confident and enthusiastic individual who will have strategic and operational responsibility for delivering the LUBR delivery, last mile service platform business across the zones and strategic plan across the metropolitan hubs of the states.

Working along LUBR Group national operation teams, the online platform along with affiliates and wholesale and merchant stores. The strategy includes development initiatives, sales, marketing (with central support) and logistics functions from National head office.(with central support) and logistics and API integrations functions into local markets.

Offering 'last mile delivery' network to retail organisations our ethos of on demand, on hand delivery, when you need it is what drives us..

 

Qualifications:

Tertiary Qualified in Business (preferred) 

Experience:

  • 5+ years experience bottom-line responsibility

  • 10+ years Sales B2B experience

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional leadership and staff development skills

  • Strong and open communications

  • Ability to build positive Company culture

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Strategic planning skills and exceptional analytical abilities

  • Good understanding of business profit and loss 

  • A strong understanding of the market both Trade and Retail

  • Competency and experience in eCommerce

  • Thorough understanding of marketing strategy and digital communications

  • Strong sales leadership skills

  • Excellent time management and strong work ethic

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and improve processes

  • Diplomatic, approachable and personable

  • Emotional maturity and capable of dealing calmly in stressful situations

  • A passion for ecommerce, logistics, adult/novelty industry
