6. Concierge VIP Parcel Delivery Service

The Concierge VIP Parcel Delivery Service is performed by a dedicated member of the Lubr Concierge Team who is dispatched immediately upon order.

Because the concierge team member goes directly to pick up your parcel as soon as the service is ordered, costs are incurred immediately and cannot be recovered.

Therefore, the $19.95 Concierge Service fee is non-refundable once the order is placed, regardless of whether the parcel is delivered or not.

This fee is separate from product returns or restocking fees.

7. Warranty

Lubr Store’s Products are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in the event of a major failure. Proof of purchase is required.

8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
