IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Lubr Store products are strictly sold to customers aged 18 years or older. By making a purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to this Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of the Terms & Conditions of www.lubrstore.com.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
1.1. Customers may request a return or refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

The product is unopened and in saleable condition; and

The original packaging is intact, with no signs of use, damage, or tampering.
1.2. Returns made outside of this 14-day window will not be accepted unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. How to Request a Return
2.1. To request a return, you must contact Lubr Store within 14 days of purchase via email at support@lubrstore.com, quoting your order number and reason for return.
2.2. You may also be asked to provide photographs or other details to confirm the condition of the product.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. Customers are responsible for all shipping and postage costs associated with returning products.
3.2. Lubr Store recommends using a trackable shipping method. We are not liable for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
4. Restocking and Administration Fees
4.1. All eligible returns are subject to a $15 restocking and unpacking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Processing Refunds
5.1. Once returned items are received and inspected, Lubr Store will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
5.2. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider).
5.3 A missed delivery fee to a $15.00 is deducted from the amount we will return your card which includes clause 5.1
6. Non-Eligible or Partial Returns
6.1. Refunds may be denied or reduced where:

The product has been opened or used;

The product is no longer in saleable condition;

The request was lodged after the 14-day period; or

The product was returned without prior authorisation.

Concierge service
6.2. In such cases, Lubr Store may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund, store credit, or decline the return entirely.
6.3 The Concierge VIP Parcel Delivery Service is fulfilled by a member of our Lubr Concierge Team, who is dispatched right after your order is confirmed.. Due to the immediate nature of this service and related costs, the $19.95 Concierge Service fee is non-refundable once the order is placed.
This fee is distinct from product refunds and restocking fees.

7. Faulty or Defective Items
7.1. Lubr Store complies with the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product has a major failure.
7.2. To make a claim, contact support@lubrstore.com with proof of purchase and evidence of the fault.
8. Outstanding Balances
8.1. If you have any outstanding amounts owed to Lubr Store, we reserve the right to deduct these from any approved refund before final payment is made.
