How does The CONCIERGE by LUBR DELIVERY work?

You can make a Delivery request and order a driver to send a parcel on the Lubr Store website. www.lubrstore.com

On the cart page select the concierge feature and enter the following details, purchase and pay the one fixed rate, tap confirmed and our VIP concierge drivers will collect parcel for delivery to nominated address.

Can Driver and the recipient contact each other?

For privacy reasons, direct recipient and delivery driver contact is not available.  Delivery details and senders details are secure and Lubr uses secure scanning technology for privacy reasons.

What is Contactless Delivery?

​

In  order to maximise the safety of all parties involved and in accordance with government health guidelines,  Pickup and delivery parcels will be placed in transit bags to avoid contact and minimise physical interactions.

The ONE RATE, refers to Lubr Delivery fixed rate pick up delivery total cost $34.90 available 24 hours 7 days.

One Stop | One pickup?

The ONE STOP, refers to Lubr Delivery fixed rate pick up delivery including the first stop for parcel pickup. See region for select coverage areas.

One Drop Off?

​

The ONEDROP OFF, refers to Lubr Delivery fixed rate pickup and delivery final destination for delivery. Delivery will be made contactless and left and door as per Lubr delivery operating procedures.​
