Customer Experience Assistant
LUBR Store Australia, currently has a vacancy for Customer Experience Assistant working remotely from our National online system. We are ideally looking for an Eastern states and western Australia candidates to help support this role. .
Reporting to the National Deployment & Customer Experience Manager, This is a key position within the business and requires a confident and enthusiastic individual who will have strategic and operational responsibility for delivering the LUBR store exceptional customer experience across Lubr Groups digital platforms and products.
You will help consult & Improve the Customer Experience based on tech experience and feedback
This Begins with understanding each customer and their specific needs, while we Increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy along our touch points.
Tertiary Qualified in Business (preferred) but not essential
Skills and Competencies:
Exceptional leadership and staff development skills
Strong and open communications
Ability to build positive Company culture
Strong negotiation skills
Strategic planning skills and exceptional analytical abilities
Good understanding of business profit and loss
A strong understanding of the market both Trade and Retail
Competency and experience in eCommerce
Excellent time management skills
Apple or Android experience

A passion for ecommerce and adult/novelty industry
